Key Responsibilities:
  1. Branch Operations Oversight

  2. Supervise and support daily operations of assigned motor branches.

  3. Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
  5. Sales & Target Management

  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance for each branch.

  7. Set and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  8. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.
  9. Team Leadership & Development

  10. Coach, motivate, and develop branch managers and their teams.

  11. Handle performance appraisals and recommend staff improvements or training needs.
  12. Facilitate teamwork and resolve branch-level HR issues.
  13. Customer Experience & Service Quality

  14. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches.

  15. Implement service standards and follow-up on feedback or complaints.
  16. Inventory & Asset Control

  17. Monitor vehicle stock movement, aging inventory, and stock orders.

  18. Oversee physical asset management and upkeep of branch facilities.
  19. Reporting & Planning

  20. Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.

  21. Forecast sales trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Automotive, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to travel regularly between branches.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis and operational management.
  • Fresh graduations are encourage to apply.
