**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Ledger Management**: Maintain and manage the general ledger by posting and reviewing journal entries.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Handle the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciling vendor accounts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- **Tax Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- **Auditing Support**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and explanation of financial data as required.
- **Expense Management**: Track and review company expenses to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- **Software & System Management**: Maintain proficiency in accounting software (Auto-Count) and ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
- **Ad-hoc Analysis**: Provide financial analysis and reports on demand to support various business needs.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software AUTO-COUNT, SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform data analysis and manage large volumes of transactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Knowledge**:

- Understanding of local tax laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
