**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engaging developer and process Mortgage Loan (Developer assigned)
- Promote wealth products or loan documents process
- Promote mortgage insurance (MLTA and MRTA)
- Attend the required training and development programs, understanding what is meant by the “One-Stop Mortgage Solution”
- To handling all cycle of mortgage processes such as consultation, management, preservation and follow up services to ensure excellent client satisfaction
- Learn from 10 different banking panel’s financial services approval guidelines as well as how to interact with clients
- To manage and handle a small group of external 3rd parties
- Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned by superior

- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Have 2 years of working experience in banking industries will be added value
- Self-confident, target driven and self-motivated
- Strong analytical mind and observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and Malay
- A positive attitude towards the working environment
