What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively market and originate Guarantee Instalment Loan products.
- Build and manage strong relationships with SME clients and business owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage with clients across industries with sales turnovers from RM1M to RM100M.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Top 3 Must-Haves
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in business banking, SME lending, or commercial loans (Guarantee Instalment Loan experience preferred).
- Financial Knowledge: Able to read and interpret balance sheets, P&L statements, and assess business financials.
- People Skills: Strong relationship-building and client engagement abilities — confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
