**Job Purpose**:
Support the team by leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Excel AI functions) to assist in creating designs, calculation templates, catalogs, reports, and other digital content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use AI tools to generate design concepts, layouts, and visual content.
- Develop calculation templates, spreadsheets, and automated tools using AI assistance.
- Create and maintain digital catalogs, documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in research and data compilation using AI.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by management from time to time to support business needs.

**Experience Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of working experience** in design, content creation, or process automation is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools or building digital templates is highly advantageous.
- **Fresh graduates** with strong portfolios and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Design, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Excel AI functions, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma) is a plus.

**Other Personal Capabilities**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tech
- **Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage** for liaising with suppliers or partners.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
