Provide optimum customer service to maintain and enhance existing Body & Paint services.
- Appraise vehicle damage and issue accurate repair estimation for both Insurance and cash paying customers.
- Provide clear cost estimates and keep customer informed of work progress.
- Conduct service delivery to the customer by clear job explanation and associated charges and perform post-repair follow up.
- Conduct negotiations with insurance companies and send invoice to them.
- Responsible for the handover of vehicle to Service Advisor with all customer request duly attended as promised.
- Ensure strict compliance to company’s policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.
- Monitor & manage daily B&P workshop operations Compliance to Toyota B&P standard operating procedures.
- Strategize in carrying out marketing activities and expand spotter network, to achieve B&P targets.
- Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 system to monitor WIP, back order, follow up, appointment and service reminders.
- Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / SKM ll / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive) or any related field of study.
- **Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.**:

- Relevant experience in Motor Claims.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speakers are an advantage).
- Possess a valid class D / B2 driving license.
- Portrays patience, empathy and has an organized approach to problem solving.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to learn.
- Working hours:

- Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:30PM); Saturday (8:00AM - 12:00PM)
- Willing to relocate / work at Semenyih/Beranang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
