Customer Service Representative

**Job Purpose**:
To provide front-line support to customers who wish to deregister and dispose of their vehicles. This role ensures smooth coordination between customers, towing service providers, internal teams, and the JPJ eDereg system.
**Job Duties**:
- Assist and guide vehicle owners throughout the deregistration and vehicle disposal process.
- Liaise with towing companies to coordinate timely vehicle collection.
- Enter and maintain accurate vehicle and customer information in the company’s digital system.
- Arrange schedules for on-site technicians to inspect or document vehicles when needed.
- Operate the JPJ eDereg system to process and complete vehicle deregistrations in compliance with government requirements.
- Ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated for audit and compliance purposes.
**Working Conditions**:
- Based at Car Medic’s office in Bandar Teknologi Kajang
- Standard working hours: Monday to Saturday (some flexibility may be required)
- Indoor office environment with occasional coordination with field technicians
- Use of computers, online systems (e.g., JPJ eDereg), and company CRM
- May involve handling multiple customer cases and coordination tasks simultaneously
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
