**Requirements**: - Minimum SPM/"O" Level/Higher Secondary/STPM qualification. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Preferably at least 1 year of experience in merchandising/retail sales, with applicants from the FMCG industry having an advantage. - Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. - Flexible and willing to continuously learn. - Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking, independent, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. - Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, and capable of making organized decisions. - Must have own transport and be able to travel around the Klang Valley. **Responsibilities**: - Ensure proper display and organization of merchandise on departmental and chain store shelves. - Daily visits to retail outlets as directed by supervisor to ensure our products are well-organized and adequately stocked. - Ensure correct display of products, information, and promotional details according to guidelines and promotions. - Maintain inventory by restocking displays, removing damaged products, tidying shelves, and optimizing displays. - Regularly check for product cleanliness and monitor damaged or expired stock to minimize returns. - Monitor stock levels and propose orders when inventory is low. - Effectively communicate with key personnel regarding stock ordering, replenishment, and operational issues. - Build good working relationships with store managers and respond to their requests and feedback. - Provide regular feedback to superiors on sales performance, store and display issues, and competitor activities. - Assist in setting up and dismantling promotion fairs. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary package with Incentives and allowances. - Yearly bonus and performance-based increments. - Medical benefits. - Personal development opportunities, including leadership, negotiation, communication, and time management skills. - Coaching and on-the-job training for long-term career growth and advancement. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate **Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Performance bonus **Experience**: - Sales: 2 years (preferred) - Merchandiser: 2 years (preferred)
