**ADMIN cum MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

(Malaysia Office)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and other paperwork
- To prepare quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Summary, and any other documents required
- To organize and update all filing systems consistently.
- To maintain the list of contact details of professional contractors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, financial institutions, government bodies, other relevant bodies and all such other parties as are incidental to the operations of the Company.
- Monitoring the cash sales, payment, paid invoices and keeping track on all invoices received, distributed and properly authorized in accordance upon submission to account department.
- Monitor and follow up PO and payment from client on monthly basis.
- Submission weekly, monthly report on claiming and work done to management.
- To liaise, source & negotiate with supplier/vendor/contractor for projects.
- To work and assist, in a supportive role, your superior in an efficient and effective manner.
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.

**Requirements**:

- Will consider Fresh Graduate who is willing to learn
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Conversant with Social Media
- Photo & Video editing via Canva, Photoshop, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
