As a Finance/ Reinsurance Intern, you’ll gain valuable experience working closely with our team, contributing to meaningful projects, and learning the ins and outs of reinsurance operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate and resolve mismatches in payments or discrepancies in amounts.
- Cross-check RI SOA against monthly sales records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Learn how to calculate XOL fees by referencing retention figures in reinsurance agreements.
- Work with the finance team to submit accurate and timely XOL reports.
- Help organize and manage reinsurance agreements in the shared folder, ensuring proper categorization.
- Ensure all agreements are complete, with necessary signatures and documents filed properly.
- Collaborate with different departments to support daily reinsurance functions and processes.
- Participate in special projects as needed to improve reinsurance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge in using formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills in the English language for both spoken and written
