**Key Responsibilities**

**Merchant Acquisition & Support**
- Assist in promoting and presenting company products to merchants and retailers.
- Support the onboarding of new merchants and ensure smooth activation.
- Maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure service quality and satisfaction.

**Project Coordination**
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities.
- Prepare project progress reports, schedules, and follow-up action items.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines and deliverables.

**Sales & Business Development Support**
- Help develop business plans and identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide support during sales presentations and business pitches.
- Prepare basic business proposals and presentations.

**Merchant & Operations Support**
- Assist in training merchant staff on company products.
- Collect merchant feedback and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Support merchant payment collections and follow-up when needed.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on project status and merchant activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, merchant files, and reports.
- Conduct basic data analysis and prepare comparison or feasibility studies.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
