**Project Executive (Sarawak Branch)**

Lot 3, block A1, Saradise Kuching off, Jalan Stutong, 93350 Kuching, Sarawak
- Prepare info reformation related to project summary / sales kit & etc and upload to IQI Cloud.
- Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom).
- Understand well about Project package.
- Manage sales chart.
- Request sales chart and unit available with developer.
- Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters.
- Handle developer feedback and complaint.
- Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
- Assist in another relevant ad-hoc when necessary.
- Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group.
- Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group.

**Job Requirement**
- Computer literate, fast learner and independent.
- Basic knowledge in **Microsoft Office / Google Office products.**
- Required language(s)**:English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.**
- Problem Solving.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to organize daily workload by priorities.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced working environment.
- Internet savvy.
- Preferably **Chinese female.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
