RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the receiving, warehousing and distribution of Finished Products to ensure activities are carried out in a smooth and timely manner
- Coordinate the scheduling of shipments and deliveries with the logistics team to ensure timely, efficient and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand, and that any stockouts or backorders are addressed promptly
- Manage the inventory control system, including maintaining accurate records of stock levels, monitoring stock movements and ensuring that the warehouse is properly stocked to meet customer demand
- To conduct periodic cycle counts to check against the system
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to warehouse operations and safety including ensuring that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced, and that safety procedures are followed at all times
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision to drive effective and safe warehousing activities including proactively managing risks, initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Coach and guide the team to improve performance and efficiency. Plan work rosters, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Daily hands-on management of a team of warehouse staff and storekeepers to ensure efficient warehouse operation with high productivity and quality of work
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilisation and keep warehouse neat and well organised
- Provide regular reports and analyses on warehouse operations and inventory levels to management, and make recommendations for improvements
- To seek opportunities for warehouse management automation & technology to improve productivity & accuracy in inventory management
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve warehouse operations and processes, and implement cost-saving measures where possible

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM with relevant working experience
- Experience in warehouse inventory management and stock count management would be highly advantageous
- Forklift Certification would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), able to work well with different levels
- Demonstrate ability to work and lead in a team
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary
- Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
