We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Inventory Control & Purchasing Executive — a key role that oversees stock accuracy, product sourcing, and warehouse coordination.
Position: Inventory Control & Purchasing Executive
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, or warehouse coordination.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and refurbished products is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP/POS).
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to lead warehouse coordination tasks.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Maintain updated inventory records in the system and generate timely reports.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure adequate stock levels and smooth replenishment.
Purchasing
- Identify and source products based on market demand and company strategy.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate for the best pricing, warranty, and quality terms.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supplier communications.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare inventory and purchasing reports for management review.
- Ensure all inventory and purchasing activities comply with company policies and audit standards.
