**What are you accountable for?**
- Prepare Mise en Place 3-day advance in a proper manner follows production plan.
- Ensure practise the right method of cleaning and cutting of raw materials.
- Prepare and accommodate all daily food products and guest request.
- Ensure stocks are available at all times.
- Ensure all equipment are in order and functioning well.

**What do you need to have for this role?**
- Possess Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts.
- Has valid Typhoid Vaccine and Food Handling Course Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related F&B or healthcare industry at the chef level.
- Basic knowledge of HALAL, HACCP and Food Safety.
- Good grooming sense and communication skill.
- Able to work shift and during weekend / public holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
