We are now expanding with a new outlet Pokok Sunway Pyramid and we're looking for passionate culinary professionals to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen efficiently and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure and contribute to a cohesive kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu and quality standards.
  • Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen section, ensuring smooth operations during service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients when required, and minimize wastage.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and special events.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in your section.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent food delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for food.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
