**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and standards set by the head chef.

2. Menu Development: Contribute innovative ideas to menu planning and collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting dishes.

3. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality, perfectly cooked, and visually appealing.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the kitchen, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere, and assisting in training junior staff members.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory, ensuring freshness of ingredients and minimizing wastage.

6. Hygiene and Safety: Uphold strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen, following local regulations and hotel policies.

7. Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to accommodate special guest requests and dietary requirements, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel, demonstrating excellent culinary skills and creativity.

2. Genuine passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

3. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure kitchen environment, fostering teamwork and positive morale.

4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the hotel's operation schedule.

5. Strong leadership qualities, including effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
