About the Role:

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will lead a specific section of the kitchen and ensure that all dishes leaving your station meet the highest quality and presentation standards. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to maintain smooth daily operations, train junior staff, and uphold consistency across all menu items. This position is ideal for an experienced CDP ready to take on greater leadership and creative responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a kitchen section.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to company standards.
  • Supervise and mentor Commis and Demi Chefs.
  • Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency at all times.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and minimize wastage.
  • Assist in menu development and daily specials planning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role.
  • Excellent cooking skills and strong product knowledge.
  • Proven leadership and communication abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
