Accounts and Admin Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead the Accounts and Admin team to ensure effective day-to-day operations of overall accounting and administrative functions.
- Coordinating office activities and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and statutory requirements, including corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitoring cash flow and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Stock management to ensure accurate stock counting and recording of both system and physical.
- Providing financial advice and analysis to support decision-making.
- Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, banks, and government agencies.
- Plan, organize, lead and motivate team members in the Accounts and Admin Department. Undertake specific assignments as instructed from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in a managerial position is required for this position.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Knowledge in handling of full set of accounts is a must.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
