**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role includes handling daily administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and schedules, managing documents and correspondence, and supporting departmental operations in a professional and organized manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or senior staff.
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
