Sales & Business Development Manager

1) Developing new business opportunities by researching new markets that could benefit from the company’s products or services
2) Negotiating contracts with new clients to establish standards of business conduct and ensure legal compliance
3) Creating marketing campaigns to promote new products or services to current clients or potential clients
4) Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets that could be served by the company
5) Conducting market research to determine the best way to approach potential clients or customers to increase sales
6) Developing strategic business plans to achieve company goals by coordinating with other departments such as finance, human resources, operations, marketing, and accounting
7) Managing relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services provided
8) Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to help management make informed decisions about spending priorities
9) Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
10) Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
11) Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets
12) Analysing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
13) Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
14) Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
15) Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
16) Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
17) Developing and pitching ideas for potential investors
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
