Building Maintenance Technician

Attend to residents/owners inquiries service requests and complaints tactfully and ensure they are resolved satisfactory.
- Proactively carry out an inspection on the condition of the building and prepare report and recommendation for rectification or improvement.
- Responsible for planning, organize, schedule and supervise team of admin and maintenance to perform daily task effectively to completion on a priority basis.
- Manages regular communication with the cleaning services, including special needs, schedule changes, and room preparation.
- To carry out any other duties as when instructed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
- A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
