Looking for a tech-driven role that offers flexibility and impact? We’re hiring a **Technical Customer Success Consultant** to support enterprise-level clients while working from the comfort of your home in Malaysia. This is a remote-friendly role for professionals who are independent, proactive, and comfortable working with international teams—especially across **US time zones**.

You’ll be the first technical point of contact for our customers and partners, handling both implementation and ongoing support. The role blends project work and problem-solving, requiring someone who can manage tasks autonomously and communicate clearly with enterprise stakeholders.

**The Challenges**:

- Project Delivery & Implementation_
- Lead and support projects from kickoff to go-live—remotely or onsite when needed.
- Collaborate with teams across Professional Services and Product Development to roll out effective solutions.
- Identify and resolve project risks early to ensure smooth delivery.
- Gather customer requirements, design configurations, and perform user testing.
- Provide training and post-implementation support for successful system adoption.
- Technical Support_
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and follow through on complex issues related to software, configurations, and infrastructure.
- Work closely with global teams and take part in scheduled standby support outside regular Malaysian hours.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Process Improvement_
- Share insights with the Product team to improve software and customer experience.
- Help streamline internal processes for faster and more reliable service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest technical trends and continuously improve your skills.

- Independent and self-driven—you manage your time well and take full ownership of your tasks.
- Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to enterprise-level users.
- Comfortable working with mínimal supervision while staying aligned with a global team.
- Flexible with work hours, especially when aligning with US-based clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills_
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Networking, Unified Communications, Telephony, and SQL.
- Experience working with enterprise environments or large-scale IT solutions is highly preferred.
- Qualifications_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical consulting, implementation, or support role.
