**1. Primary job function.**

1.1 Coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.

1.2 Communicating delivery schedule/deadline and assigning personnel.

1.3 Assign work to QC personnel and oversee schedules under the guidance of the Quality Manager.

2. Duties and responsibilities. 2.1 Determining inspection protocols, defining sampling procedures, and determining equipment and mechanisms to be used in the inspection process.

2.2 Organizing and monitoring tasks with the available manpower and QC measuring tools to achieve Output targets.

2.3 Resolve drawing problems and customer specifications with technical knowledge.

2.4 Assist QA Engineer in customer complaint investigation by identifying the root cause and providing recommended actions.

2.5 Follow up closely rework sorting activity internal or customer return (RMA) and update to QA Engineer until the activity completed.

2.6 Ensure the operation of QC tools is always in good condition and calibrated.

2.7 Confers with customer representatives to resolve customer complaints.

2.8 Work with a variety of departments such as engineers, production planners, and NPI to test and assess the quality of product output.

2.9 Responsible to manage and control of the Measuring and Testing Equipment recall exercise.

2.10 Ascertain all inspections are performed on all completed work and that proper inspection records, reports, and forms are properly executed prior to the release of the parts.

2.11.3 Line audit

2.11.4 ESD line verification

2.11.5 Humidity control

2.11.6 ICT & FCT failure update.

2.11.7 Solder paste Cpk.

Weekly

2.11.8 LAR Report

2.11.9 Weekly Quality meeting.

2.11.10 Assist Engineer review weekly ICT, FCT & Action.

Monthly

2.11.11 Monthly LAR

2.11.12 Monthly ICT&FCT corrective action.

2.111.3 Kaizen / Continues Improvement.

**3. Qualification**:
3.1 Leadership Skills.

3.2 Diploma/Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical & Manufacturing major).

3.3 Understanding of technical drawings.

3.4 Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance Knowledge.

3.5 Solder paste / SMT / Reflow / Wave soldering machine concept knowledge.

3.6 Computer literate.

3.7 Self-motivated and hardworking.

3.8 Neat, organized, and systematic.

3.9 Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
