**Position: QA Executive**

**Company: Food Manufacturer**

**Salary: MYR3,000 - MYR5,000**

**Working location: Senai**

**Working time: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 5:30pm**

**Job responsibilities**

Conduct internal audits and prepare for third-party or regulatory audits.

Maintain accurate records (e.g., batch records, test results etc).

Ensure traceability of all ingredients and processes.

Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications.

Train production and warehouse staff on quality standards and hygiene practices.

Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.

Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances (root cause analysis). Prepare correction actions report.

Review and verify supplier documentation ensure supplier documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory and internal standards.

Coordinate with procurement about non-conforming (NC) raw materials.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.

Preferably with 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control roles in Food Manufacturing industry.

Fresh with Internship experience in Food Industry are welcomed to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
