**JOB HIGHLIGHTS**
- 5 Workings days (8am~5pm)

**JOB SCOPE**
- To monitor and inspecting all construction work at site and to follow instruction from superiors.
- To follow and plan daily work based on timeline project
- To coordinate, supervise and instructing sub-contractors, suppliers and workers for all arrangement on site
- Material management include calculate, ordering, qa/qc and monitor material on site is in good condition
- To prepare and maintain up to date record on all material site
- To update daily activity on site at Whatsapp group
- Need to buy material outside without through purchaser but need to seek permission from superiors.
- To manage and send worker from site to site or where needed
- To follow office instruct to send worker or document where needed
- To fill in ‘workers working hour’ daily at site
- To make sure all the Delivery Order (DO) to be sign and send to office twice a week.
- Any other task that given by management

**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Some experience in the building construction industry is an advantage
- Able to work overtime
- Possess driving license
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Chinese (preferred)
