- Purpose of Job
- You play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our company's products and the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, recommend customized product solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Responsibilities
- Carry out all sales activities from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal
- Responsible for the sale of assigned products and area of coverage.
- Plan and carry out sales activities according to directives given by Managers to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and outcomes within the scheduled time frame.- Sell conservatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products our Company can offers to their business issues- Carry out market research, monitor competitors activities and customer surveys
- Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry and product knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
- Maintains accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities including sale calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activities within assigned areas of coverage
- Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees

Responsible for maintaining good customer relations and building trust & support given to all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Skill Required
- Knowledge of products
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and presentation skills- Have an analytical and innovative mind
- Planning, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Computer literate especially Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships is preferable.
- Qualification
- Degree holder in Biology Science, Bio-medicals Science, Biology, Bio-technology and Microbiology etc,
