**TECHNICAL CONSULTANT**

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- To provide effective pre-and post-sales support to the customers and work closely with the Sales team.
- Resolves customers’ technical issues related to mainly Autodesk software including installation, configuration, usage, and product issues.
- Ability to conduct training and using the software will be an added advantage.
- Develops and conducts professional product presentations and demonstration to generate sales and meet company revenue objective.
- In conjunction with sales team activities, may be required to proactively follow up with customer technical lead to provide additional information or answer specific technical questions.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Min** **1-2-year** experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Some basic **IT **oriented field experiences is an added advantage.
- Have the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. Other language is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, self learn and multitasking.
- Must have the interest and ability to deliver training to customer

Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills. **Must possess own transport.**
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
