**Job Opportunity: Technical Solution Consultant**

**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Bandar Utama, Selangor

**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

We are currently seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by providing pre-sales support to prospective clients. You will take ownership of the technical relationship with both future and existing clients, promoting our solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to prospective clients and clients' technical inquiries about the product or related infrastructure.
- Engage proactively in the sales cycle by answering RFI’s and RFPs.
- Deploy and conduct product demonstrations, PoCs to suspects and prospective customers, both standard and tailored.
- Maintain technical competence by staying updated on new product enhancements, best practices, and procedures.
- Promote the solution and deliver initial high-level technical presentations to customers at all levels within their organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales is a MUST.
- Payment industry or programming background is an advantage.
- Good understanding of JAVA, Oracle database architecture, and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus.
- Good understanding of hardware and UNIX/ LINUX virtual machines is a plus.
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
- Resourceful and self-sufficient.
- Availability to travel (up to 25%).
- A citizen of Malaysia, or legally able to work in Malaysia.
