The Network Service Delivery Manager (SDM) plays a critical role in a large-scale migration project aimed at standardizing network infrastructure for WAN connectivity across multiple sites in the APAC region, including Australia and New Zealand. This role is essential in ensuring the alignment of network devices with the client's standards, primarily involving Aruba and Cisco equipment. The SDM is responsible for project planning, scheduling, change request management, coordination with vendor partners, and on-site support teams, as well as overseeing the implementation of the migration plans. While not leading a team, the SDM works closely with vendor teams, on-site support teams, and various stakeholders. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Standardization and Device Replacement: Lead efforts to standardize and replace network devices not aligned with the client's standards, specifically Aruba and Cisco switches and routers.
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute the migration project, ensuring it aligns with the client's objectives and timelines.
- Change Request Management: Raise change requests and present them to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to secure approvals for project implementation.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with vendor partners to ensure the timely procurement, installation, and technical support of network equipment.
- On-Site Support: Work with on-site support teams to coordinate the physical deployment and maintenance of network devices.
- Hands-On Technical Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience in installing and providing technical support for Aruba and Cisco switches and routers gained from previous projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with business users and stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and effective communication to secure buy-in for migration plans and change requests.
- Flexible Working Hours: Be comfortable working outside of normal office hours and willing to put in extended hours, including weekends, as required by the project's nature (migration during non-office hours).
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentation slides to the CAB for the approval of migration plans and change requests.

**; Requirements: - Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale network infrastructure migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with the installation and technical support of Aruba and Cisco switches and routers.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence and the ability to project confidence when presenting plans and change requests to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and execute complex projects.
- Knowledge of change management processes and experience with CAB interactions.
- Vendor management experience and the ability to coordinate with external partners.
- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours and extended hours as required by project demands.
