The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department, supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. They are responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including improving communication strategies
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Oversee the hiring process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, updating job descriptions, and determining hiring needs
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address HR issues and challenges.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple HR tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and stakeholders across the organization.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in HR records and reports.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing HR requirements and priorities.
- Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Law
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
