Job Description

  • Position Title:
    Technical Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant
  • Working Location: Damansara Utama
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package:
    Basic up to RM10,000 + Flexi Benefits + Parking Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to create custom solutions that suit their specific needs.
  • Demonstrate products and solutions through presentations and proof-of-concept exercises.
  • Support pre-sales activities by participating in seminars and trade shows.
  • Develop and deliver technical responses to client inquiries, including RFIs and RFPs.
  • Coordinate and execute activities with customers, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
  • Assist and enable partners in selling and implementing solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with our R&D center for product and project-specific tasks.
  • Participate in post-sales system implementation and project management when needed.

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Skilled in application development environments and languages like Java, JavaScript, and Objective-C.
  • Familiar with JAVA application servers such as Oracle WebLogic and Apache Tomcat.
  • Understand API communication methods, including REST, SOAP, and XML.
  • Proficient in RDBMS administration and operation (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experienced with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, including command-line tools and scripting.
  • Familiarity with directories like Active Directory, ADFS, LDAP, and Single-Sign-On technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience in mobile application development is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing large IT projects, especially in banking or public sector, is an advantage.
  • Open to travel as needed.
