**Responsibilities**:
A sales expert who lays the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.
Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers' challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's.
Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
Liaising with Technical team to provide feedback from clients about Solution requirements.
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
**Qualifications**
Possess detailed knowledge about the products, technology or solutions.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Have prior experience within presales.
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience with knowledge of IT infrastructure/Data Science/IT Security/IT Technical Support/Cloud Technology.
