Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment book.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in the clinic's management system.
- Assist with patient registration and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist medical staff during patient examinations and procedures.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure examination rooms are stocked.
- Handle billing and payment processing, including insurance claims.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team as needed.
- Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

- SPM/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing or any related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude with a passion for women's health.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Schedule:

- Morning shift (9am-4pm), evening shift (2pm-9pm), full shift(9am-9pm)
- Rotational shifts
- 6 days of working days, 1 one off day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
