Working Days/Hours**:Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM**)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum **SPM** or **STPM,** **Diploma in Accountancy, Business Administration,**or equivalent.
- Minimum **2 years of working experience**in the accountancy field, performing **a full set of accounts manually**.
- Excellent written and communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Handle a full set of accounts (trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss).
- Process bills, checks, receipts, and other documents.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations, financial statements, and aging reports.
- Report the status of accounts and discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls, and other day-to-day administrative duties.
- Liaise with external parties - Clients, Vendors, Government Departments &, etc. for Company matters.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of the department as necessary to support the smooth running of operations; thereafter achieve the department's objective.
- Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
