**The human resources manager is responsible for the overall management of the human resources department. This includes managing the recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees, as well as the development and implementation of employee relations programs.**

**Responsibilities**:
** Develop and implement employee relations programs**

** Manage recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees**

** Develop and administer employee policies and procedures**

** Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee records**

** Provide guidance and counseling to employees on work-related issues**

** Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations**

**Requirements**:
** Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field**

** 5+ years of experience in human resources management**

** PHR or SPHR certification preferred**
** Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
