Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment. Responsibilities include designing HR strategies, managing employee performance and professional development initiatives, overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations, and supporting leadership in organizational growth and team dynamics. The role also involves creating a positive workplace environment through employee engagement programs and conflict resolution strategies.

Qualifications

  • Human Resource Management and Employee Relations skills, including talent acquisition, conflict resolution, and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance Management, and HR Policies
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Development abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR tools and employee performance management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Postgraduate certification is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a similar HR management role is highly desirable
