DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

a. To report to the Head of Department on any matters assigned operationally and administratively.

b. Implementing and reviews of HR Policies and Procedures.

c. To actively involve in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

d. To create and implement effective Onboarding plans.

e. To recommend staff compensation and welfare to CEO/Directors for approval.

f. To provide information and answering employee questions about Human Resource related matters.

g. To develop strategic and tactical avenues in terms of Human Resource for the organisation.

h. To maintain employee records (attendance, training, employee contracts etc.) according to regulatory policy and legal requirements.

i. To monitor employee absences through the Leave System and monitor record details about annual leave, sick leave and extended leaves of absence.

j. To coordinate staff training & career development programme.

k. To ensure the submission of payroll reports for timely processing of staff salary.

l. To ensure timely submission of income tax and payment to statutory authorities.

m. To assist staff with medical and insurance.

n. To provide analysis to the Management in relation to Human Resources matters as and when required

MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

1. Professional diploma or degree in Human Resource Management

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity

3. Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and Industrial Relations practices

4. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

5. Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels

6. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

7. Must be computer literate

8. Strong ethics and reliability

9. Knowledge of latest HR Management ideas and practices
