We are seeking a responsible and proactive **Administrative Coordinator** to support our healthcare and wellness operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, warehouse coordination, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document control.
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Maintain and update inventory records and internal databases.
- Coordinate warehouse activities — receiving, dispatching, labeling, and stock arrangement.
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports for management.
- Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments for timely logistics and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit, and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support to management and subsidiaries.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- **Physically fit to handle warehouse coordination tasks.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
