We are seeking a responsible and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our healthcare and wellness operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, warehouse coordination, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and internal databases.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities — receiving, dispatching, labeling, and stock arrangement.
  • Generate inventory and stock movement reports for management.
  • Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments for timely logistics and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit, and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support to management and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Physically fit to handle warehouse coordination tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
