Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Examination Coordinator located in Petaling Jaya. The Examination Coordinator will organize and oversee examination schedules, manage logistics for examination processes, ensure compliance with procedures and protocols, and coordinate with educators and departments. Responsibilities also include managing examination materials, addressing candidate inquiries, and producing examination-related documentation and reports. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and data management systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Aviation, Administration, or a related field is preferred
