Your Role at FITM

As an
Administrative Executive
, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our education programs running smoothly. From assisting students and coordinating courses to handling invoices and reports, your work ensures the team and our learners have an excellent experience from start to finish.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and helping others behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students with registration, scheduling, and exam arrangements
  • Coordinate course setups, trainer scheduling, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate course information across systems (ARLO, website, and Google Calendar)
  • Handle basic finance tasks such as invoices, payments, and claims
  • Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Prepare and maintain reports for management
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, students, and team members

  • Accuracy and timeliness of course scheduling and updates
  • Responsiveness to student and trainer inquiries
  • Completion of administrative tasks within deadlines
  • Quality and accuracy of records and reports
  • Ability to maintain smooth coordination across teams

  • Experience in administration, education, fitness, or customer service is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, hospitality, or any related field; candidates with related administrative or coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
