1. Responsible to maintain / handle QC (Quality Control) of in-coming, in-process & post production and outgoing in compliance with predefined specification and quality standard to meet customer’s requirement and satisfaction (including trading items & outsource items).

2. Lead and supervise QC Inspectors to perform QC inspections of in-coming, in-process & post production and outgoing with high competency and efficiency in compliance with predefined specification and quality standard to meet customer’s requirement and satisfaction.

3. Assist HOD (Head of QA Department) in all activities within the Company’s QMS (Quality Management System).

4. Assist HOD in investigation of Customer complaints and NC (Non-Conformance) issue.

5. Plan and lead investigations of internal NC, record and report all internal NC to HOD in a timely manner.

6. Assist HOD in CAR (Corrective Action Request) system including monitor time closure of all issued NC reports.

7. Liaise with Sales & Marketing department and Production department on any quality issues.

8. Assist HOD in internal quality audits.

9. Assist HOD in implementation of continual improvement programs including product & quality-related data analysis.

10. Responsible to monitor / perform calibration of all testing / measuring equipment.

11. Prepare related quality reports & analysis.

12. Assist HOD in document control / document management system.

13. Assist HOD in QA testing and analysis.

14. Assist HOD to conduct in-house quality training for QC personnel as well as production workers.

15. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by HOD / superiors from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
