- Responsible for controlling and updating the establishments Halal Assurance Management System Manual.
- Organize and coordinate and/ or monitor Halal Assurance Management System activities such as development of the establishment’s halal policy and objective, halal analysis for materials and processes, halal training, Halal Assurance Management System verification activities (halal internal audit), IHC meetings and management meetings amongst others.
- To assist in evaluating of Dossier for all SVI, vaccine and insulin products to be manufactured in PLS to ensure meet Halal requirement.
- To assist in repacking project, identify and establish Halal Control Point of Repacking activity.
