If you’re someone who is creative, tech-savvy **Multimedia Executive** to join our team, come join us. You’ll produce engaging video and graphic content to support our mission of family-centered wellness and manage our social media presence, connecting our services with a broad family audience. You will also be involve in planning, producing, schedule, publish short video or posting onto Social Media.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Video Content**: Create and edit engaging videos (patient education tips, wellness advice, testimonials, behind-the-scenes glimpses, promotional clips) that highlight our family-focused care.
- **Graphic Design**: Design eye-catching graphics and social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote our services, events, and family wellness tips.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clinic staff (doctors, reception) to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that connect with our community to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- **Engagement**: Monitor social media engagement and feedback; respond to comments as appropriate and adjust content strategy to maximize reach and impact.
- **Qualifications**_
- **Education**: Diploma or certificate in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in video editing and animation software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator).
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Desirable**: Experience or interest in healthcare, family wellness, or community outreach is a plus. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your multimedia work is highly encouraged.
- Fluent in **Mandarin, Cantonese, English & Bahasa Malaysia**
