Lead Generation Specialist

Lead generation roles focus on identifying and qualifying potential clients, creating opportunities for the sales team to engage and convert leads. Here are the core responsibilities: - At least 3 years of working experience in related field - Open-minded, positive attitude, passionate, friendly person & great communication skills - At least a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design,Web Development. **Prospecting and Research** - Identify potential clients through research, databases, social media, networking, and market analysis. - Target specific industries or demographics that align with the company’s product or service offerings. - Conduct thorough market research to identify new lead sources. - Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, EDM software, or lead databases to find quality leads. **LinkedIn Expertise**: - Strong understanding of LinkedIn's platform and algorithms. - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools is a plus. - Ability to create compelling LinkedIn profiles and company pages. **Outbound Outreach** - Use personalization strategies to engage leads and initiate a conversation tailored to their needs and interests. - Regularly follow up with leads to nurture them and move them further down the sales funnel. **Qualifying Leads** - Determine if the leads meet the company's criteria for a "qualified lead," typically based on factors like budget, authority, need, and timing (often called BANT criteria). - Conduct initial conversations or discovery calls to assess lead interest, fit, and likelihood of becoming a paying customer. - Gather information about client needs, pain points, and potential purchasing power to better prepare the sales team for more in-depth discussions. **Database and EDM Management** - Maintain and update the EDM with all lead interactions, ensuring that data is accurate and organized. - Segment and prioritize leads in the CRM based on their likelihood of conversion or readiness to buy. **Social Selling and Content Sharing** - Share relevant content on platforms like LinkedIn to establish credibility, build relationships, and attract inbound leads. - Engage with prospects on social media by liking, commenting, and sharing valuable content that aligns with the target market’s interests. **Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams** - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. - Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaigns, as well as to receive insights on what types of content resonate with the target audience. - Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and the effectiveness of campaigns. **Presentation Skills**: - Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides). - Ability to design visually appealing and persuasive presentations. - Strong presentation delivery skills. **Reporting and Analytics** - Track and report metrics such as the number of leads generated, response rates, and conversion rates to monitor success. - Analyze lead data and outreach performance to identify improvement areas and adjust strategies accordingly.
