**Job Description**:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors' strategies. Gather and analyze data to inform product positioning, pricing, and targeting strategies.

2. Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning statements that differentiate the product from competitors. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to target customers.

3. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram. XHS & etc), events, and PR.

4. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring effective coordination with cross-functional teams. Develop launch plans, including messaging, marketing collateral, and promotional activities, to generate excitement and drive customer adoption.

5. Customer Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings. Collaborate with the product management team to identify and prioritize product enhancements and new feature requirements based on customer needs and market trends.

6. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as product sales, market share, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare/ medical industry.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and customer dynamics.
- Ability in written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
