**Job Summary**

**Key accountability**

**IT Infrastructure Management**
- Maintenance of IT peripherals, internal servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
- Administer cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

**Technical Operations and Support**
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for IT infra, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
- Manage PABX account access and other communication systems, ensuring seamless operation and user access.
- Collaborate with other IT specialists to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.

**Incident and Request Management**
- Ensure that all IT incidents and service requests are promptly addressed, adhering to ITIL standards.
- Provide comprehensive Level 2-3 IT support to resolve complex technical issues related to computers, software, on-premises servers, and cloud infrastructure.

**Customer Service**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with high-quality support.

**Documentation and Compliance**
- Maintain consistent and uniform documentation standards across all IT operations and infrastructure.
- Ensure all IT units adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist in updating IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to reflect current best practices.

**Administrative Management**
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as document management, record keeping, and inter-departmental coordination to resolve operational issues.

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

**Desired Experience**
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in IT Operations, technical support, or a related role.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and ITSM platforms.
- Proficiency in managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and staff.

- An ability to stick to strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
