Job Scopes:
- Responsible for administrative tasks
- Screen incoming phone calls and deal with enquiries
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Maintain office supplies and manage office inventory
**Requirements**:
- Required language: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic knowledge in Ms Excel & Ms Words
- SQL/ Million Accounting System
- Effective communication skills at all levels
