To ensure operational adequacy at the check-in counter or at the gate. 2 Prepare a flight for check-in or gate duties. 3 Process passenger and baggage in accordance to set procedures and airline requirement. 4 Prepare and control airline documentation. 5 Manage passenger load and process flow. 6 Communicate necessary information to passenger and operational staff. 7 Manage and execute discrepancies and irregularities processes. 8 To undertake any other related duties as when assigned by the superior. The MNM Aviation Services Passenger Services team is available 365/24/7 ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a seamless passenger experience is delivered on behalf of our client airlines in all aspects of airport passenger handling. Supporting our frontline customer service delivery team are a support team handling pre-flight editing, counter and gate allocation, queue management, excess baggage collection and post flight messaging. The frontline service delivery team coodinate closely with 11 of our station teams to ensure passengers who require additional assistance or a more exclusive airport experience.
